REALonomics: Sober Look at RE Industry

August 7, 2008 · Filed Under Blogging, Real Estate · Comment

REALonomics is a website that is asking some serious questions about the economic viability of traditional real estate company business models in a consumer-centric era.

The site has grown to more than 10,000 reader/subscribers and has about 8,000 websites linking to it’s blog content. REALonomics takes no prisoners and while its content is cutting-edge and a bit confrontational, it is decidedly commited to the RE industry and especially broker/owners.

The posts are provocative but at the same time very practical with a heavy emphasis on the industry reinventing its business models so that it is less dependent on old regain bricks-and-mortar models that eat-up brokerage profitability.

REALonomics, well worth your attention. A good bank for your online buck!
